RETURN OR EXCHANGE A MUJUMIER PRODUCT
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders between November 21st and January 4th may be returned through February 4th.
Complete the return form enclosed with your package and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.
MUJUMIER includes a prepaid mailing label in your package to be attached to the outside of your return package.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.
