We pride ourselves in providing the best shipping method to our customers! 

Currently, we only ship within the United States, as we utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. 


Shipping is made easy with MUNU!

-After your payment is confirmed and verified, our order will be in the stages of being processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing and shipping on all orders. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation consisting of your tracking number. 

-We understand the urgency of receiving orders quickly after purchase! It is for this reason we offer express shipping in which your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days after being purchased. Please note that shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and are based upon delivery address and total weight order. 


 We can't wait for your orders to reach their new homes! 

-We at MUNU make it our duty absolute customer satisfaction! We work our hardest to ensure all orders are shipped on time according to our customers' specifications. When those beautiful orders are shipped off and in transit, MUNU is no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods when these orders are in possession of the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on the designated date listed once it is in transit. 


We won't leave you stranded!

-Whilst we made sure of careful packaging of your orders and the appropriate time to ship these orders off, we know that mishaps do occur. In the event of delays of orders, we will be happy to get to the bottom of the problem for you! Just contact us at XXX

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

We totally get that things may take a turn when you receive your orders!
-We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. Don't sweat it! Returns are only accepted for store credit within the period of 7 days from the package's delivery date. The store credit is calculated as the shipping cost being deducted from the total within 5-10 days after the item is inspected. We currently do not offer refunds.
-For a store credit to be honourable, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the condition of the item is altered in any type of way whatsoever, your credit will not be issued. 
-Exchanges can be made up to 2 days from the delivery date. 
- Items applicable for exchange and store credit must be returned in their original condition; they must be unworn, unwashed, unused and tags must be attached as the item was packaged and shipped. There must be no visible marks or makeup on the item. 
The following items cannot be retuned:
-Free gifts/ promotional items 
-Items marked as "Final Sale"
-Discounted/ Sale Items 
-Bodysuits 
-White Clothing 
-Swimwear/ Cover-up

How much is the return shipping fee? 

The return shipping fee is solely the responsibility of the customer, MUNU does not provide return shipping labels 

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
